Edmonton Home Prices Down, Great Time to Buy

Edmonton home prices are down and it is a great time to buy.  Home prices in Edmonton have dropped slightly due to a larger inventory and a decreased demand and a change in the market has increased the comHome prices have dropped slightly in Edmontonpetition amongst sellers.  In addition a higher inventory and decreased demand places an Edmonton home buyer in the driver’s seat.

Edmonton real estate reports show a decline in prices for both single family homes and condos but prices are still higher than they were a year ago.  Edmonton has had a strong presence in real estate through the first part of the year and the small dip in home values should not cause any alarm.  The fear of rising rates helped fuel real estate sales early in the year.
