Edmonton Housing Market Looking Good

The Edmonton housing market is looking good.  According to recent data and information, Edmonton real estate prices were up in March, approximately 11% compared with March 2009 and have risen over 4% compared with last month.  Factors leading to the increase in Edmonton home buying activity are the expectations of rising interest rates, an improving economy and the possibility of increasing home values.
