<p>The article goes into detail about an house that has been left unfinished since 2008. The twist to the story is that the owner was forced by the neighbors through city hall to stop building because his house was too big and too close to property lines. This has caused numerous trips to the architects office and city hall. The owner is now out of money and is having to pay contractors as he earns money.  The misfortune in this all is that the <a href="http://www.edmonton.ca/">CITY OF EDMONTON </a>approved his permits in the first place. Man would I hate to be in Con Bolands shoes right now.</p>
